DrogonTV collects only what is needed to deliver and support a subscription.
What we keep
- Your WhatsApp number and the chat history of your order.
- Your username, plan and expiry date.
- Technical logs of your line (connections, errors) used to fix problems.
What we do not keep
Card details: payments go through the payment provider. We do not sell data or run advertising trackers.
How long
Order records are kept while your line is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, for renewals and refund claims.
Your rights
Ask us on WhatsApp to see or delete your data. Deleting it also ends the line.
