DrogonTV FAQ — app, price, activation & Roku

Straight answers to the questions people ask about DrogonTV. Something missing? Ask on WhatsApp and a person replies.

DrogonTV (Drogon TV) is an IPTV subscription with 80,000+ live channels and 240,000+ movies and series in 4K, FHD and HD. You watch it in a normal IPTV player on a Smart TV, Firestick, Android box, iPhone, Apple TV, MAG box or computer.

DrogonTV is a subscription, not one app. Your login works in standard players: IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate on Firestick and Android, iPlayTV or GSE Smart IPTV on Apple devices, IBO Player on Samsung and LG TVs.

1 month is $15, 3 months $35, 6 months $50, 1 year $80 with a 13th month free, and lifetime $200 while the promotion lasts. Every plan is paid once and none renews automatically.

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we prepare a free trial line for the device you will use, so you can check your own channels before paying. No card is needed.

Usually 5 to 15 minutes after payment, at any hour. Your server URL, username and password arrive on WhatsApp with a guide for your device.

Roku blocks IPTV players, so use screen mirroring from an Android phone, or plug a Fire TV Stick into a spare HDMI port. Many Roku TVs have room for one.

Each plan includes one connection, meaning one stream at a time. You can install DrogonTV on every device you own and add more connections when you order.

About 15 Mbps per screen for FHD and 25 Mbps for 4K, measured in the evening on the device itself. A network cable is the most reliable upgrade.

Yes. NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, Premier League, Champions League and F1 channels are included, and UFC, boxing and WWE events appear in the PPV group with no event fee.

Card, PayPal and crypto. We confirm the plan on WhatsApp first; nothing is stored and nothing renews later.

Message support first: most problems are an app setting and take minutes. If we cannot fix it, first orders have a 7-day money-back window.

Adult groups come with the 6-month, 1-year and lifetime plans. Lock them with a PIN in your player, or ask us and we remove them from your line.

Troubleshooting

Quick fixes for the usual suspects

Start with these; they fix most playback problems before you need to write to us.

A channel buffers

Close the player completely and reopen it, then try the FHD version of the same channel. If it persists on one channel only, message support and we will move your line to another server node.

Login says expired

Check that you typed the portal URL exactly, with no trailing slash or space. If the details are right, your term may simply have ended — we can confirm in seconds.

App will not install

On Firestick, enable "Apps from Unknown Sources" in Settings before installing. On Smart TVs, make sure the TV firmware is up to date and the app store region matches your country.

Some channels missing

Refresh the playlist inside the player — most apps cache the channel list. In IPTV Smarters this is Settings, then Refresh, then restart the app.

EPG guide is empty

Give the guide 10 to 15 minutes on first setup, then force an EPG refresh in the player settings. Some apps only pull the guide on a schedule.

Audio out of sync

Switch the audio track in the player, or lower the stream from 4K to FHD. If it happens on every channel, it is usually the device decoder rather than the stream.
